Workshops
One Day Core Workshop:
The Art of Facilitation: How to Run Effective Meetings
Every Time.
This course will enable you to:
- Describe the facilitator's role and what he/she does.
- Develop a results-focused agenda to ensure productive meetings.
- Open and close a meeting effectively.
- Demonstrate (in class and in your own environment) at least
10 essential facilitation skills.
In this one-day core workshop for both new and seasoned facilitators,
you learn skills that make meetings work. This workshop names the
skills you thought facilitators magically "performed,"
and enables you to use them easily.
You learn the skills and then practice them by facilitating a small-group
discussion of a real-life "hot topic." The learning is
solidified through the practical, useable feedback you receive on
your use of the skills.
